CJ Lin is a Junior Partner at HBMJ and heads the IT department. He carries over 21 years of IT and software development experience in the hedge fund industry. He began his career at GlobeOp Financial Services where he was initially exposed to Advent Geneva® and the proprietary language (RSL) that Advent has developed. Prior to joining HBMJ, CJ was a senior developer at Lombard Odier.

Over the past year, CJ has led various initiatives for some of our most complex clients which include performance tuning of RSL to improve runtime as well as solving complex data extracts that previously weren't feasible with standard Advent RSL.

In his free time, CJ enjoys flying around the world just for the sake of flying.
